The first person that came to mind when I saw this contest was my sister. Penny is 46 but you would never know it. She takes good care of herself, even though she is the most active person I know, men, women and children included! lol
My sister deserves to be voted Centrum's Most Energized Woman. She not only takes care of her health, but she is always on the go, helping others, playing guitar, taking singing lessons, (and yes, my sister, you CAN sing!), she takes care of her skin, her hair, her spiritual self, her husband, and is a helpmate and confidant to me, her best friend, her daughter, our dad, our mom, her granddaughters, and the list goes on. The best part is that she does it with humor and panache. Sometimes she takes her bicycle to the park and rides. Wow, she just amazes me!
